The Commission on Electronic Voting
The Commission on Electronic Voting, launched in early March 2004, was set up
"to report on the secrecy and accuracy of the electronic voting and counting system that has been chosen for use at the forthcoming local and European elections in June, 2004. This report is due not later than 1 May, 2004."
They released a public notice inviting submissions before 12 noon on Friday, 26th of March, 2004. Below is a list of all the submissions ICTE are aware of.
